At least a half dozen yellow or orange orbs were recorded flying near the small town of Kokomo, Indiana, which is just south of the Grissom Joint Air Reserve Base.
‘What is that?’ a person can be heard saying in the video shared by a TikTok user.
‘I think those are UFOs and I really don’t feel comfortable going to sleep tonight.’
Another person could be heard exclaiming, ‘What in the actual f***?’
TikTok user Christina Sharp could be heard saying, ‘I don’t understand what those are’, as children watched the shining objects.
The weird objects were observed in the dark sky on October 7.
A witness the next morning shared doppler weather radar that apparently showed a ‘huge rectangle’ UFO as well as a ‘clearly defined vapor shock wave’, the Daily Mail reported.
The US Air Force has not publicly commented on the sightings.
Skeptics opined that the lights could be military aircraft or flares from airplanes.
The day after the sighting, a local resident anonymously informed the National UFO Reporting Center of a similar event, involving a quick incursion on doppler weather revealing a rectangle UFO.
‘I’ve seen many easily explained radar anomalies over the years, but never a huge rectangle with a clearly defined vapor shock wave and trail,’ said the witness, according to the Daily Mail.
‘Judging by the image size, rectangle would be approximately 20 miles in length.’
They are the latest incidents of possible UFO sightings in the US.
In April, a mother on a plane flying over New York City claimed she saw a cylinder UFO flying above LaGuardia Airport and recorded it with her cell phone. UFO Witness host Ben Hansen at the time said the mysterious object was unlikely to be an insect given the speed of the jet she was on and that it appeared in five frames of the clip.
